Is the island moving?

We are still banking on the wind to shift. We have been hoping it would be coming around more from the east. We are heading to an island – St. Helena (more on that later in the week). But as we keep wondering about why the wind was not shifting it occurred to us- is the wind not shifting or!!! Is the island moving. We are in a deep debate about this.

The symmetrical spinnaker went up – see below. And is driving us dead down wind – towards a moving island.

In addition to the island moving the fishing battle rages on. I had to make an executive ruling. Fish that come to us do not count. But this guy below will feed us tonight. Ahhh the riches of the sea.

Oh yeah and the water maker is fixed and it was laundry day.

And finally we can not wait for the moon to begin waxing or gibboning or whatever but some light for the late night watches would be great
